Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information :

TipTopSIGNS.com ships items via USPS and UPS domestically and internationally. Most orders will ship from our facility within 1-2 days of receipt. Depending on where you are located in the US, this means you can expect your order within 3-10 business days.

You may also pick up your order. Please call before coming so we can have your order ready. Our business hours are: Mon-Fri 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Note: Some items may ship direct from our distributor so we can continue to offer the lowest possible prices to our customers. Because of this, it is possible that items in your order may arrive in separate boxes on different days.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International Shipping:

We DO SHIP to Alaska and Hawaii. We also will ship orders internationally. However, the international UPS shipping rates can sometimes be higher than the cost of the merchandise ordered. We suggest you use USPS express mail (via EMS)for international shipping. USPS express mail rate (via EMS) is much lower than UPS international rate and your package has tracking information and an automatic $100 insurance. For international, we will send as a gift or commercial sample item (s) with a low declaration value so your package will pass go through customs easily. However, the package recipient will be responsible for any duties imposed by customs.

Sales Tax:

8.75% sales tax is charged for Lousiana residents only.

Our goal is to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Depending on where you are a located related to where we are shipping the items from, UPS Ground may take only single day.

Additionally, since UPS calculates AIR rates by the weight and size of the shipping box, the rates can vary greatly depending the items in your order. We do everything possible to package your items in a way to minimize the additional fees.

If you need rush delivery of an order, please contact us directly after checkout at sales@TipTopSIGNS.com or at (914) 509-6312. If you get our voice response system, our customer service representatives are on other lines. Leave a voice message, and one of our team members will return your call promptly. Please include the item numbers and quantity, plus the date by which you need the order. One of our service representatives will check the availability of the items for rush shipping and will let you know what extra shipping charges will apply to your order.

We Want You to be Satisfied:

When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. We are pleased to accept returns/exchanges on unopened, 30 days from the date of purchase.

All merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. However, if you receive any product from our store which is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, we will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge.

Items in non-resalable condition or that cannot be resold for other reasons (i.e. opened headlights bulbs, minature bulbs) may not be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged during shipment. Additionally, items purchased at discount pricing or closeout prices may not be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged during shipment.

How to Return an Item:

You must contact us at returns@TipTopSIGNS.com or (914) 509-6312. Please provide your order number, name, item(s) for which you are requesting a return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION(RMA) number by our customer service representative. Clearly mark your RMA number on every package being returned. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton including packing materials and contents, and shipped to the address below via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We must receive the returned item within 10 business days of issuing the RMA number. This 10 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive via UPS or Insured Parcel post from anywhere in the country.

Returns sent to TipTopSIGNS.com without the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER clearly marked on the package, or after the ten (10) days time period provided for shipment of returned merchandise has expired, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the senders expense. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
